We are currently recruiting for our company **ENGIE Energy Solutions**, a **Deputy Manager**, based in **Lisbon**.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Ensure execution of maintenance plans according to contractual requirements.
* Coordinate technical teams and subcontracted companies.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
* Identify and implement actions that promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Ensure effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
* Guarantee legal and regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment.
* Support technical interventions in electrical installations, HVAC, water systems, and Fire Safety Systems (SCIE).
* Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
* Coordinate and support audits, inspections, and technical surveys.
* Support the definition and implementation of continuous improvement plans.
**Profile**
* Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or related field.
* Technical knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, water systems, and Fire Safety Systems (SCIE).
* Experience in maintenance contract management and/or Facilities Management.
* Leadership, coordination, and multidisciplinary team development capabilities.
* Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
* Planning, organization, and priority management skills.
* Knowledge and experience using CMMS/GMAO tools.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legal requirements related to technical maintenance.
