We are seeking an IT Manager to lead the technological evolution of our internal infrastructure, ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the systems supporting our operations. This person will play a central role in managing the technology infrastructure, adopting innovative solutions, and implementing digital transformation and automation initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency. **What You Will Do** Define and implement the organization's technology strategy; Ensure security, availability, and efficiency of the technology infrastructure; Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise platforms; Coordinate technology partners, vendors, and services; Support internal teams in identifying solutions that increase productivity and operational efficiency; Monitor infrastructures and platforms supporting the organization's SaaS products; Ensure best practices in security, privacy, governance, and compliance, including requirements related to ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards; Oversee management of equipment, access rights, licenses, and technology assets; Promote responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement solutions. **What We Are Looking For** **​** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technologies, Networks and Telecommunications, or related fields; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology roles; Experience in infrastructure, network, enterprise systems, and IT service management; Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud computing, Linux, Windows Server, cybersecurity, and technology risk management; Experience managing technology vendors and partners; Experience in digital transformation projects, process automation, SaaS environments, and contexts requiring audit, compliance, and information security is highly valued. **Benefits** * Health insurance. * Mobile phone and communication plan. * Hybrid work model. * Informal and relaxed work environment. * Professional development opportunities.
