Hikma is seeking a Team Lead, Packaging (m/f) to join the Packaging Department – Hikma I, on-site basis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Responsible for training new employees and associated documentation
Configuration, troubleshooting, and format changeovers on inspection, labeling, and packaging machines and/or other packaging equipment (where applicable)
Operation of electronic verification/vision systems, various coding mechanisms, and/or weight control equipment (scales)
Performing line clearance to ensure no residual products or foreign components remain on the line/equipment/workstation
Executing all required X3 movements for batch registration through to declaration and returns
Reviewing all logbooks and documentation generated in packaging and bulk packaging areas
**Profile:**
High school diploma (12th grade)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Level II Packaging Technician
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Knowledge and understanding of working in a packaging environment
Basic English proficiency
Dynamic and proactive
Strong time, task, and resource management skills
Demonstrated technical training and coaching capabilities
