Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a passion for accounting to join a new team, responsible for analyzing, classifying, and recording documents, reconciliations, and preparing tax returns. Management of the Human Resources department and payroll processing ACCOUNTING FIRM WITH 35 YEARS OF ACTIVITY HIRING (Faro Area) REQUIREMENTS Main Responsibilities \-Analysis, classification, and recording of accounting documents; \-Independent identification of appropriate accounts for each transaction; \-Review, verification, and correction of accounting entries; \-Use of digital archives, critically analyzing classifications proposed by the system; \-Bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations; \-Preparation and verification of tax returns, specifically VAT, IRS, and IRC; \-Participation in monthly and annual closings; \-Support in preparing financial statements; \-Assisting and clarifying accounting and tax matters for clients; \-Adaptation to new procedures, digital tools, and automation processes. \- Ensuring management of the Human Resources department, including payroll processing, reporting of hires and terminations, and submission of mandatory declarations (DMR, DRI, etc.).
