Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to strengthen our Kitchen Team and Administrative Support Service, responsible for planning, executing, and controlling kitchen operations while ensuring hygiene and quality. Responsibilities: * Plan daily kitchen service execution based on established menus, adapting work to quantities, schedules, and operational conditions * Ensure proper storage and use of raw materials and foodstuffs, guaranteeing their receipt, storage, and control * Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all stages of kitchen service * Monitor the condition and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, promoting their proper use and maintenance * Report and record any anomalies or operational needs to the responsible departments * Contribute to alignment with Symington’s Policies, Strategy, and Objectives by gathering, sharing, and tracking relevant information * Comply with and ensure adherence to the Integrated Management System procedures for Quality, Environment, and Safety, as well as applicable legislation, standards, and departmental procedures * Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of best management practices, ensuring operational efficiency and quality of results Profile: * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar roles * Professional Culinary Course * Solid knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety * Organizational and execution capabilities * Cooperation and teamwork skills * Customer orientation * Compliance with legislation, standards, and procedures Offer: * Additional vacation days * Various benefits and perks * Partnerships and discounts on our products * Opportunities for internal mobility and professional advancement * Fixed schedule — Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 Compensation: €1,000.00 – €1,150.00 per month Benefits: * Commercial discounts * Free parking * Health insurance Work Location: On-site
