Opportunity for progression to full-time Dining Room Staff (Part-Time – Minimum Experience Required) Location: Almada Employment Type: Part-Time Start Date: Immediate Main Responsibilities * Customer service with friendliness, efficiency, and professional demeanor. * Preparation and organization of the dining room before, during, and after service. * Order recording and communication with the kitchen. * Table service: delivering dishes, beverages, and replenishing items. * Active sales approach: naturally and effectively suggesting dishes, beverages, and upselling. * Proactive resolution of customer needs without constant supervision. * Autonomy in managing the assigned section to ensure smooth service operations. * Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the dining room. * Handling payments and closing accounts when required. Mandatory Requirements * Proven experience as a waiter/waitress (minimum 1 year). * Professional appearance and clear communication skills. * Proactive, independent, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends). * Basic knowledge of POS systems (preferred).
