Requirements: * Category B driver's license; * Fluency in Portuguese and English (an asset); * Professional experience in maintenance (eliminatory factor); * User-level computer skills; * Responsible, versatile, and flexible; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Main Responsibilities: * Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all tasks performed; * Provide support to the team across various activities; * Conduct regular property inspections to ensure their good condition; * Carry out minor repairs and maintenance as required; * Clean terraces, windows, and other exterior areas.
