This could be your chance to join a company that needs you to tackle the challenges of digital transformation. **THE ROLE** We are looking for a \#TechTalent to serve as a **Platform Engineer**. ### **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY** * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ArgoCD, ensuring automated build, test, and deployment workflows; * Manage and optimize Docker and Kubernetes workloads, including deployments, Helm charts, and cluster configuration; * Use Git (GitOps) as the foundation of the development lifecycle, ensuring structured promotion across environments (DEV QA PRD); * Architect and implement integrations via APIs and Webhooks between internal and external systems; * Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, BIRT, or JasperReports; * Build and evolve automation workflows using n8n, integrating business systems and processes; * Contribute to the development and maintenance of applications in .NET and Node.js; * Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical documentation; * Support incident resolution and root cause analysis, promoting continuous improvement. ### **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Technical Profile** * 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering roles; * Experience designing and managing containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, ensuring stability and scalability; * Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ArgoCD, ensuring efficient automation of build, test, and deployment; * Proficiency in Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps), with collaborative workflows such as branching, pull requests, and code reviews; * Experience developing and maintaining backend applications in .NET and Node.js, with emphasis on clean, sustainable code; * Ability to implement system integrations using REST APIs and Webhooks, with attention to reliability and error handling; * Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, BIRT, or JasperReports, including data modeling; * Experience building automation workflows using n8n (or similar tools), based on events and API integrations; * Autonomy in problem solving and strong sense of responsibility; * Ability to clarify questions and communicate effectively; * Focus on simple, clear, and maintainable solutions. ### **WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU** **Opportunities to advance your career** By joining Axians’ large-scale projects, you can pursue training and certifications across multiple technology domains to enhance your *expertise*. **Professional development in international markets** Through our international projects, you’ll be challenged, gain experience, prove your value, and become truly skilled at what you do. **Exciting, large-scale challenges** We offer challenges tailored to your abilities—enabling you to develop skills in your area of interest and perhaps even become a *subject-matter expert*. **Support for professional and personal growth** You’ll benefit from Axians’ offerings, including a Friend Get a Friend program, as well as career progression through a structured career plan. **Do you identify with this role?** If you believe this role matches your profile and you possess the \#TechTalent we seek, please send your CV—preferably in English—to recrutamento.axianspt@axians.com with the subject "PLATE.TA.SR".
