Job Summary: ABV is seeking a Sales Representative to strengthen its team, focused on business development, increasing productivity and sales, and ensuring the best customer experience in the construction materials sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer support throughout the purchasing process 2. Customer management, from order placement to payment 3. Participation in the execution of commercial activities ABV – A Bloqueira de Vermoim Construction Materials and DIY Store, a company with strong presence in the construction materials sector, seeks to reinforce its team of employees with a Sales Representative for its Requião–Vila Nova de Famalicão location. With a strategy focused on expanding the range of products and solutions offered to customers, the selected candidate will primarily aim to develop the business, thereby increasing the company’s productivity and sales, as well as: \- Maintaining a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude toward customers, supporting them throughout their purchasing process and delivering the best in-store experience; \- Attending to (in person and/or by phone) and supporting customers both in-store and on-site; \- Displaying new items and introducing them to customers; \- Participating in the execution of commercial activities; \- Managing customers from order placement through to payment. Requirements: \- Completion of 12th grade or equivalent; \- Professional appearance and strong communication skills; \- Interest in sales; knowledge of construction, DIY, flooring, and gardening products is highly valued; \- Residence near the workplace (Requião – Vila Nova de Famalicão); \- Strong business and results orientation; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel); \- Valid driving license B, B1.
