Integration into a Stable and Rapidly Growing Company upK, a Maintenance Management company, is looking for 1 Electrician to work as part of a resident maintenance team, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance at the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform general building maintenance tasks; \- Carry out preventive maintenance actions on equipment according to the established maintenance plan. \- Carry out corrective maintenance actions on equipment. \- Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions.
