Service equipment, tools, and uniforms provided upK, a Maintenance Management company, is seeking 1 Electrician to work as part of an in-house maintenance team, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance at the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform general building maintenance tasks; \- Carry out preventive maintenance actions on equipment according to the established maintenance plan. \- Carry out corrective maintenance actions on equipment. \- Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions.
