You will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience, ensuring each room is prepared with care, attention to detail, and in full compliance with Canaan Hub’s quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Clean, tidy, and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms. * Change bed linens and towels. * Restock amenities and other in-room supplies. * Inspect rooms and report malfunctions, damages, or forgotten items. * Maintain service carts in an organized and fully stocked condition. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning products and equipment. * Follow hygiene, safety, and sustainability procedures. * Respond to guest requests with courtesy, discretion, and professionalism. * Assist with cleaning of common areas whenever required. * Support room and space preparation during the hotel’s opening phase. **Ideal Candidate Profile** --------------------- * Prior experience in guest room cleaning or similar roles is preferred. * Attention to detail and appreciation for clean, organized spaces. * Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and organizational ability. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Positive, discreet, and guest-oriented attitude. * Proficiency in Portuguese. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Participation in the opening of an innovative hotel project. * Permanent employment contract. * Competitive salary package aligned with experience. * Initial training and ongoing mentoring. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Multicultural, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
