Collaborate with cross-functional teams **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Participate in the Azure DevOps adoption and implementation project within the Loyalty Solutions team; * Gather, analyze, and define business requirements related to the use of Azure DevOps; * Support the design and implementation of processes, workflows, backlogs, user stories, and best practices within Azure DevOps; * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams beyond the Loyalty Solutions domain to ensure alignment and successful implementation; * Ensure business requirements are translated into clear, structured, and high\-quality functional specifications, adapting the solution to business needs. **Profile:** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid hands\-on experience in Azure DevOps; * Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements; * Strong analytical and critical mindset, ensuring the quality, consistency, and completeness of business requirements; experience in Retail and/or Customer Loyalty environments is a plus; * Fluent English skills (written and spoken) If you meet these requirements and are interested in joining an audacious and innovative company, please send us your application. **Join us.
