The professional will plan, organize, and supervise large-scale photovoltaic projects, coordinating teams and managing relationships with clients and suppliers.

**Description:**

* Plan, organize, and supervise large-scale photovoltaic projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and safety; directly coordinate Site Managers, interface with Clients, suppliers, and subcontractors; and regularly report/coordinate with Management;
* Report progress, risks, and needs to Management and manage the client relationship;
* Analyze the project and define the execution plan (phases, resources, timelines);
* Coordinate Site Managers: weekly priorities, removal of impediments, and alignment of work fronts;
* Monitor schedule, cost, and quality KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary;
* Manage critical procurement, measurements, and budgetary control;
* Ensure quality and safety through coordination with QAS on formal reports/inspections and closure of non-conformities;
* Manage documentation for billing milestones and handover of works to the Client.
**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project/construction management, preferably in the energy sector (experience with utility\-scale projects is highly valued);
* Experience in contractual management, planning, and cost control;
* Proficiency in work tools (Excel, AutoCAD; ERP experience is a plus);
* Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus);
* Willingness to travel between project sites;
* Strong organizational skills, autonomy, communication ability, and results orientation.
