Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Director (m/f) for our Operations team, responsible for efficiently coordinating construction site operations in the AVAC field. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate construction site operations in the AVAC field 2. Ensure operation and improvement of HVAC/lighting systems 3. Manage resources, suppliers, and provide technical support To join our Operations team, we seek a Construction Director (m/f). This professional will be primarily responsible for efficiently coordinating operations on construction sites within the AVAC field. Responsibilities: Ensure continuous operation of HVAC and/or lighting systems, supervising them accordingly Address faults or inefficiencies in the systems by performing adjustments or improvements Control resources required for operating centralized systems, including spare parts, tools, and equipment Establish and monitor performance indicators for centralized systems, such as energy consumption and HVAC performance Analyze operational reports and data, proposing improvement actions Ensure efficient integration of centralized systems with other organizational operations to optimize management and increase overall productivity Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, ensuring quality of contracted products and services, and pursuing optimal technical and commercial terms Provide technical support to staff, offering guidance when necessary Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Prior professional experience in similar roles Leadership and communication skills Proactivity and teamwork orientation Willingness to travel Benefits: Health insurance (after 6 months of employment) Company vehicle Mobile phone and laptop Meal allowance via meal card Please send your application to recrutamento@race.com.pt, quoting reference “DOAVAC”.
