Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Project Director to coordinate operations on HVAC construction projects, ensuring continuous system operation and optimization, as well as managing resources and suppliers. Leadership, communication, and proactivity To join our Operations team, we seek a Project Director (m/f). This professional will be primarily responsible for efficiently coordinating operations on construction projects within the HVAC field. Responsibilities: Ensure continuous operation of air conditioning and/or lighting systems by supervising them Ensure correction of failures or inefficiencies in systems by performing adjustments or improvements Control resources required for operation of centralized systems, including spare parts, tools, and equipment Establish and monitor performance indicators for centralized systems, such as energy consumption and air conditioning performance Analyze operational reports and data, proposing improvement actions Ensure efficient integration of centralized systems with other organizational operations to optimize management and increase overall productivity Manage supplier relationships, engaging in contract negotiations, ensuring quality of contracted products and services, and pursuing optimal technical and commercial terms Provide technical support to staff, offering guidance when necessary Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Prior professional experience in similar roles Leadership and communication skills Proactivity and teamwork ability Willingness to travel Benefits: Health insurance (after 6 months of employment) Company vehicle Mobile phone and laptop Meal allowance via meal card Please send your application to recrutamento@race.com.pt, indicating the reference “DOAVAC”.
