### **Job Description**
Our partner is a prestigious multinational company operating in the *Rent-a-Car* sector, seeking to integrate a **Generalist Human Resources Technician** (m/f) into its organization. This professional will be responsible for managing HR processes—including Recruitment and Selection, *Onboarding*, Performance Evaluation, and Training—ensuring alignment with business objectives, promoting attraction, development, retention, and appreciation of human capital, as well as monitoring people management indicators. The position is based in **Prior Velho** (**on-site work mode**).
**Main Responsibilities:**
Human Resources Planning
* Participate in the preparation of the annual personnel budget (*Headcount* and Personnel Costs);
* Collect and consolidate recruitment needs from various departments;
* Monitor the execution of the HR budget;
Recruitment \& Selection
* Ensure adherence to recruitment strategies and timelines;
* Manage recruitment processes (national and international): job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures;
* Liaise with recruitment service and temporary staffing partner companies;
*Onboarding*
* Develop onboarding programs and organize integration sessions;
* Support the integration of new employees;
* Conduct satisfaction assessments during the probationary period;
Training
* Identify training needs and develop and manage the Annual Training Plan;
* Maintain the annual training budget up to date;
* Coordinate internal and external training activities, manage the *e\-Learning* platform, and handle administrative procedures with IEFP;
* Evaluate training effectiveness and manage training documentation and legal compliance;
Performance Evaluation
* Manage the performance evaluation process, including system configuration (UMAN);
* Develop job profiles and generate indicators and reports;
* Provide support to managers throughout the entire process;
Career Development and Management
* Monitor and manage Competency Assessments;
* Identify development needs;
* Support the definition of career plans;
* Fully manage IEFP internships, including liaison with the relevant entity and administrative process oversight;
* Contribute to updating departmental procedures and document management;
* Support internal and external audits.
**Requirements**
* 5–10 years of professional experience in similar roles and in autonomous management of HR processes;
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field;
* Additional training in HR development areas—such as Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training, or Competency-Based Management—will be considered an advantage;
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel (Pivot Tables; Power Query; XLOOKUP; INDEX/MATCH; Conditional Formulas; Dashboards; processing and analysis of large datasets);
* Experience/knowledge of HR systems (e.g., UMAN or equivalent), *e\-learning* platforms (e.g., Articulate), and Power BI is advantageous;
* Intermediate/advanced level of English;
* Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships;
* High organizational and planning capabilities;
* Sense of responsibility and strong analytical ability;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and results-oriented mindset;
* Critical thinking and proactivity.
