Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and curious Cegid Functional ERP Consultant to actively participate in digital transformation projects—from requirements gathering through implementation and continuous improvement. If you seek challenges that enable you to make a real difference, this is the right place for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze, configure, and adapt the Cegid ERP to clients’ specific needs and respective industry sectors; * Actively participate in projects—from requirements gathering, through client-tailored project design, to implementation and continuous improvement; * Gather and specify requirements with clients; * Develop and implement Cegid solutions in areas including Management, CRM, Accounting, Industry, and Quality; * Develop analyses, reports, and customizations aligned with clients’ needs; * Internally test and present new solutions; * Train end users; * Provide functional and technical support to users; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Management Information Systems, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ERP software implementation and/or support; * Training and/or certification in Cegid (a strong advantage); * Experience implementing ERP solutions—particularly Cegid; * Ability to analyze and document business requirements; * Experience with system integrations; **Ideal Profile to Join the HES Team:** * Client orientation and problem-solving mindset; * Interest in and enthusiasm for technology and information systems; * Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills; * Autonomy and initiative; * Good communication skills and critical thinking; **What We Offer:** * Integration into one of the leading Cegid partners in Portugal; * Join a dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-driven team; * Modern workplace with a multi-purpose leisure area equipped with a coffee machine, foosball table, and ping-pong table; * Health insurance; * Initial and ongoing training; * Performance-based compensation and professional development opportunities; **Additional Information:** Full-Time 09:00–18:00 Location: Leiria Work Mode: On-site **Apply at:** rh@hes.pt We guarantee full confidentiality in handling all applications.
