If you are seeking a new professional challenge and wish to contribute to the development of a rapidly expanding company, this may be the right opportunity for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure control, management, and follow-up of licensing processes with Municipal Councils and other public bodies; * Manage payment of fees, guarantees, and all other documentation required for licensing processes; * Act as the liaison between external entities and various internal departments of the company, ensuring process follow-up; * Monitor administrative procedures related to licensing, ensuring compliance with defined deadlines; * Provide administrative and operational support to other company departments whenever necessary. **Required Profile:** * Completion of secondary education (mandatory); * Academic background or relevant experience in technical drawing or engineering (preferred); * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Basic knowledge of Google Earth; * Good command of English; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and capacity to manage priorities; * Resilience and ability to work under tight deadlines; * Critical thinking, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Real opportunities for career growth and advancement; * Integration into an internationally expanding company; * A dynamic, collaborative, and motivating work environment.
