In light of our continuous growth and expansion, we are seeking a Construction Site Manager to strengthen our Production Department. **Position:** Construction Site Manager **Location:** Porto **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive management of civil construction contracts throughout all execution phases; * Planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and defined quality standards; * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers; * Reading, analysis, and integration of project documentation and other technical documents; * Monitoring of construction scheduling and production control; * Management of purchase orders, order schedules, procurement, and technical requirements for the project; * Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on site; * Liaison with clients, supervisory authorities, designers, and other involved parties; * Preparation of measurement certificates, progress reports, and cost control reports; * Identification and resolution of technical issues arising during construction; * Strict adherence to company-defined objectives; * Other duties inherent to the role. **Preferred Knowledge Areas:** * Construction planning and control; * Contractual management and cost analysis; * Integration of specialized disciplines; * BIM methodologies (optional); * Building rehabilitation and construction of medium- and large-scale buildings; * Construction management software and planning tools (MS Project/Planner, Primavera or similar). **Candidate Requirements:** * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager in civil construction; * Solid knowledge of construction processes, technical regulations, and construction management; * Leadership, organizational, and multidisciplinary team management capabilities; * Proficiency in computer applications and technical software; * Critical analytical ability, decision-making skills, and problem-solving capability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation; * Fluency in Portuguese and technical English proficiency; * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Benefits:** * Competitive remuneration package, including base salary, meal allowance, performance bonuses, and other benefits; * Company vehicle and work tools; * Specialized and ongoing training; * A dynamic career development plan offering tangible opportunities for professional advancement and salary increases based on performance evaluation. **Application:** To apply, please send your CV to rh@vidor.pt or submit your application via the Link.
