Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction and Facilities Technician to analyze, validate, and coordinate renovation and maintenance projects for distribution centers, ensuring efficient and compliant facilities.

We need a professional capable of analyzing and validating the technical and legal feasibility of new locations and renovation projects for distribution centers, as well as coordinating and managing construction works and preventive/corrective maintenance across centers — all aimed at ensuring operational, efficient facilities aligned with deadlines, budgets, and technical and corporate standards.
As a **Construction and Facilities Technician**, you will conduct technical site visits, assessments, and reporting to support investment and intervention decisions, while also overseeing licensing processes, authorizations, and other regulatory requirements related to facilities and operations.
You will also manage suppliers and investments, ensuring technical execution monitoring, and drive continuous facility improvement through resource optimization, energy consumption analysis, and supervision of technical audits and evaluations.
**Is this opportunity right for you?** **EDUCATION AND TRAINING:**
* Higher education degree in Civil Engineering or related fields;
**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:**
* 2–5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
* Experience in managing and coordinating construction works, renovations, and expansion projects;
* Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, suppliers, and budgets;
* Technical knowledge of facilities, maintenance, and applicable legal requirements;
* Proactive identification of opportunities for improvement and resource optimization;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
* Knowledge of AutoCAD;
* Experience using budgeting tools;
* Knowledge of budgetary control and investment management;
* Advanced Spanish;
* Knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage;
* Valid driver's license;

**To ensure nothing is overlooked**
Although the position is based in Porto, regular travel to the company’s nationwide distribution centers (18 centers) is required. On-site facility supervision will be a key component of this role.
