Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support / Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the department, manage intervention planning, and ensure excellent service. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure excellent service to customers and suppliers We are G.Höfle, a company of the Pinto & Cruz Group, operating in the industrial equipment market, providing comprehensive solutions for waste processing, transportation, and valorization. We offer a technical service that ensures maintenance, repairs, and after-sales support. We are expanding our team by hiring a Technical Support / Operations Manager for Porto. Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the Operations Department and field technical team; * Manage daily and weekly technical intervention planning, ensuring proper resource allocation; * Define intervention priorities based on customer and equipment criticality; * Ensure SLA compliance and timely execution of corrective support, preventive maintenance, installations, commissioning, and training; * Support customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent service; * Prepare and present technical reports; * Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental procedures and requirements. Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred); * Relevant technical qualifications may be considered equivalent; * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or operations roles; * Experience managing technical teams and operational planning; * Strong organizational, leadership, and prioritization skills; * Experience implementing processes and organizing after-sales services (preferred); * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationwide (mandatory requirements).
