WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Addvolt seeks a highly dynamic Production Operator with strong work ethics to join our Production Team in Porto. We are looking for someone passionate about both electronics and mechanical assembly who can ensure high-quality assembly of our innovative electronic equipment. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, commitment to meeting business needs, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Production Operator, you will: * Follow technical plans and manuals to ensure correct assembly. * Proficiently use electric and manual tools. * Collaborate with the team to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. * Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations. * Commit to achieving objectives. VALUES AND CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS * Share Carrier’s values—Respect, Integrity, Inclusion, Innovation, Excellence; * Secondary school diploma or equivalent is required. * Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or related field; preference given to industrial or automotive sectors. * Special attention to accuracy and precision in all tasks. * Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. * Willingness to work under diverse conditions, including elevated locations, confined spaces, and high-voltage equipment. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. * Must be capable of lifting 35 kilograms and performing physically demanding tasks. * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Proven intermediate-level English proficiency.
