Opportunity for professional advancement We are looking for a Unit Manager to lead operations at our station in Porto. This professional will play a key role in the administrative, financial, and operational management of the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service and efficiency in fleet management. Main Responsibilities Administrative and financial management, including billing control, payments, and reporting; Customer service and follow-up for domestic and international clients; Coordination and control of the motorcycle fleet; Claims management and follow-up of procedures with clients, insurance companies, and competent authorities; Supporting management in defining and implementing unit growth strategies. Requirements Proven experience in operational, administrative, and financial management roles; Experience managing teams and client relationships; Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills; Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); French language skills will be an advantage; Good knowledge of computer tools and administrative management; Category B driver's license (mandatory); Category A driver's license will be an advantage.
