Management in high-traffic environments and stock control Job Description: We are a major Brazilian SMASHED BURGER brand and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager with strong focus on customer service, team leadership, and front-of-store operational control. This role is essential to guaranteeing an excellent customer experience, organizing operations during peak periods, and strictly adhering to food quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: Daily management of the customer service team, ensuring professional conduct, attendance, and strong performance Ensuring compliance with HACCP standards at the front line Guaranteeing a positive customer experience across all touchpoints Monitoring and tracking the number and quality of customer reviews Managing high-traffic and high-demand periods, ensuring smooth and organized operations Front-of-store stock control and support during inventory counts Management and monitoring of the delivery platform Ensuring proper team presentation and front-of-store appearance Direct support to the Store Manager in operational organization and results Resolving incidents and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction Desired Profile: Previous experience in foodservice or grocery retail (preferred) Experience in team management Strong customer service orientation and service quality focus Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Sense of responsibility and commitment Knowledge of HACCP Availability for rotating shifts Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: Meal card/ticket Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site Salary: €1,400.00 – €1,500.70 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
