You will be responsible for order management and daily support, ensuring quality and prompt response to requests. Your Responsibilities - Process all customer orders quickly and accurately according to internal procedures;; - Ensure daily handling of all customer requests;; - Answer calls professionally within 5 seconds;; - Monitor deliveries and contact the carrier in case of deviations, reporting situations to the team leader. What You Must Ensure - Strong communication skills;; - Intermediate level of English;; - Proficiency in O365 tools, especially Word and Excel;; - Attention to detail and focus on customer service;; - Ability to resolve problems empathetically during customer interactions;; - Availability for the schedule from 09:00 to 18:30, with a 1h30 lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30;; - Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory requirement).
