You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, cloud\-native solutions that power mission\-critical business processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with modern Microsoft technologies, and collaborating with international teams in a dynamic environment. **What you will do:** * Design, develop, and maintain cloud\-native applications and services on **Microsoft Azure** * Build robust integrations and event\-driven solutions using **Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs** * Develop and customize solutions within the **Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem** * Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, Infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to deliver high\-quality solutions * Contribute to solution architecture and help define best practices for cloud development * Ensure applications are scalable, secure, resilient, and high\-performing * Drive continuous improvement through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices using **Azure DevOps** * Troubleshoot and optimize production systems in complex environments * Mentor junior team members, perform code reviews, and foster technical excellence within the team **What we are looking for:** We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for building scalable cloud solutions and collaborating with international teams. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field * At least **3\+ years of experience** developing software solutions in a professional environment * Strong hands\-on experience with **Microsoft Azure**, including services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, and Storage Accounts * Solid development experience with **C\#/.NET** (experience with Node.js or Python is a plus) * Experience working with **Azure DevOps**, including repositories, pipelines, and release management * Good understanding of modern cloud architecture principles, including: + Event\-driven architectures + Microservices; + Messaging and integration patterns + Scalable and resilient application design * Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership * Fluent English and confidence working in an international environment **Nice to Have** * Azure certifications (AZ\-204, AZ\-305, AZ\-400, or equivalent) * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates) * Experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365** development, customization, or integrations * Experience in client\-facing projects and working with distributed international teams * Exposure to modern DevOps, monitoring, and observability practices **What we offer** At IG\&H, you'll join an international team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth. * Competitive compensation package between **€31,208 and €39,010 gross per year** (paid in 14 instalments), depending on experience and qualifications * Meal allowance of **€10\.20 per working day** via Coverflex * Monthly work\-from\-home allowance of **€30 gross** * **25 days of annual leave** (22 days \+ 3 additional days for your Birthday, Christmas, and a Bridge Day) * Permanent employment contract * Company mobile phone benefit every 2 years (up to €284\.47\) * Work on challenging international projects with leading clients * Hybrid working model with flexibility to balance office and remote work * Continuous learning opportunities, knowledge sharing, and professional development * Collaborative and supportive international environment * Health \& Life Insurance * The opportunity to help shape impactful cloud solutions while growing your career alongside experienced Azure and Dynamics professionals **Why IG\&H** * If this opportunity speaks to you, you’ll be joining a company where people genuinely enjoy working.
