Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE Technician to support the implementation of HSE activities, ensure compliance, and promote a safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in integrating HSE standards into daily operations We are looking for an **HSE Technician** who will report to the **HSE Manager** and support the implementation of **Health, Safety, and Environment** activities across the entire site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements, contributing to a safe and sustainable workplace. **Your Responsibilities** * Support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environment activities across the entire site. * Assist in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards. * Provide daily support and guidance to employees on HSE matters. * Promote a proactive safety culture at all organizational levels, encouraging safe behaviors. * Support the development, review, and implementation of safe work systems, identifying risks and contributing to their mitigation. * Participate in inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring appropriate follow-up of corrective actions. * Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation, records, and reporting systems. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure integration of HSE standards into daily operations. **What is required to succeed in this role?** * 2–5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field. * Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (CAP for Senior Occupational Safety Technician, Level VI, or equivalent is preferred). * Solid knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices. * Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. * Practical, proactive, and detail-oriented profile. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in incident investigation and continuous improvement. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Fluency in Portuguese and English. **Next Steps** If this opportunity interests you, apply now!
