Our competitive edge comes from **50\+ proprietary AI accelerators**, strategic partnerships with **Microsoft, Google, and AWS**, and **SDG iLabs**, our innovation playground where we develop and test the technologies the market will be using in the months ahead. **Our next challenge?** Growing our AI team with people who not only master the technology, but can transform complex ideas into AI solutions that generate real business impact. ##### **What will you do?** * Design and implement scalable **AI architectures** for enterprise environments. * Define end\-to\-end technical solutions, from data and infrastructure to model deployment and production. * Design cloud\-native AI and Machine Learning platforms on **Azure, AWS, and GCP**. * Lead the industrialization of AI solutions by building robust, scalable, and maintainable production environments. * Deploy, monitor, and optimize Machine Learning models using MLOps best practices. * Design and implement **Generative AI** use cases, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and enterprise AI applications where they provide real value. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and advise clients on AI architecture, cloud strategy, and technology decisions. ##### **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field. * Solid experience designing **AI and Machine Learning architectures** and deploying ML solutions into production. * Strong experience with **Python** and Machine Learning frameworks such as scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, and Pandas. * Experience building AI solutions on **Azure, AWS, or GCP**, together with **MLOps** technologies such as **Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow**, or similar. * Practical knowledge of **Generative AI** technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, fine\-tuning, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar. * Experience designing enterprise AI solutions using technologies such as Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms. * A consulting mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions. * Professional level of **English**.
