Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. **Key Responsibilities** * Information Gathering: Lead the elicitation of complex business processes and requirements from various stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis; * Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows; * Requirements Translation: Effectively translate high\-level business requirements into detailed technical requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy for the development team; * Flow Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of user and information flows within the organization and model them visually to identify opportunities for improvement; * Organizational Understanding: Analyze and comprehend the organizational structure, including the roles and relationships of key stakeholders, to ensure solutions meet the needs of all relevant parties; * Agile Development: Convert functional requirements into well\-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to build, prioritize, and refine the solution backlog, ensuring that the most valuable work is always addressed first; * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus among diverse groups of people. * Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence). * Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus. * A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. - The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
