About Us: We are a family with over 50 years of passion for artisanal flavors. Artisanal cuisine and specialty coffee form the heart of our entrepreneurship, which is expanding and growing. We operate a bistro and a specialty tea and coffee boutique in Baixa de Faro. We aim to strengthen our teams with key individuals who contribute to our daily mission of consistently delivering excellence and quality. Main Responsibilities: We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to work collaboratively, ensuring service excellence, environment organization, and increased direct table sales. This position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, and customer experience focus. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality service * Maintain an attentive and helpful attitude toward customers, treating them with friendliness * Greet customers, present menus and know them thoroughly, advise on dishes and beverages, take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables, process payments, and keep the service area organized and hygienic—requiring strong communication, physical stamina, and friendliness to ensure a positive customer experience. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure smooth operation and organization of the establishment Profile and Requirements: * Professional experience in this field or similar roles; * Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) * Practical knowledge of applications used in the foodservice industry; * Aptitude for attentive, customer-oriented service; * Strong communication, interpersonal, and service quality skills; * Planning, organizational, disciplinary, and proactive capabilities; * Physical stamina and ability to multitask; * Results-driven and effectiveness-oriented; * Professional appearance, friendliness, and strong communication skills We Offer: * Integration into a stable and expanding family-owned company; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Personal and professional development opportunities; * Onboarding and adequate training for performing the job duties.
