We are committed to establishing an innovative national reference center for technical assistance and equipment sales. We are looking for a **professional with expertise in electricity and electronics** to reinforce the technical team at our new Fronteira unit. We seek someone practical-minded, responsible, and eager to grow with us in an innovative and rapidly expanding project within the agricultural and industrial sectors. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Workshop supervisor for electronics * Diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic systems in tractors, agricultural and industrial machinery * Electrical installations interventions on vehicles, equipment, and workshops * Support in assembling electronic components and sensors * Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic schematics * Using diagnostic software and technical tools * Supporting the workshop team and collaborating with other technicians * Providing on\-site technical assistance **REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency with workshop tools and equipment * Ability to organize and manage a workshop * Professional training or experience in Electricity / Electronics / Automation * Solid knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, industrial or agricultural equipment * Experience diagnosing faults in sensors, modules, and wiring harnesses * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics * Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team * Willingness to undertake occasional travel * Driver's license (mandatory) * Forklift license (preferred) * Heavy vehicle license with CAM and semi\-trailers (preferred) **WHAT WE OFFER** * Workshop equipped with a dedicated area for electronics and diagnostics * Employment contract with remuneration commensurate with role and experience * Initial and ongoing training on equipment and software * Canteen offering daily meals at reduced cost * Professional, stable work environment with strong technical sector connection * Real opportunity for career growth and advancement If you wish to join a pioneering project aiming for market leadership, send your application to: **geral@agroron.pt** Salary: €15,000.00 \- €25,000.00 per year Work Location: On\-site
