Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook meals according to defined quality standards. * Ensure correct preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. * Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * Ensure proper storage and preservation of food products. * Maintain an organized, clean, and fully operational kitchen. * Assist in stock management and control of raw materials. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. Desired Profile: First Cook * Solid experience in kitchen roles. * Ability to work autonomously in dish preparation and cooking. * Advanced technical knowledge of cooking and workflow organization. * Leadership ability and capacity to support the team.
