At Repsol, we rely on technological innovation and digitalization to build a more sustainable future and work to contribute to societal progress; we value diversity and foster an inclusive environment for all people. **Roles and Responsibilities:** ================================ The Safety and Environmental Management (SEM) Manager for Facilities will primarily ensure that safety and environmental protection policies, standards, and procedures are available at the workplace and are known and understood by operational teams, supporting their implementation and verifying on-site compliance. * Plan and coordinate SEM activities (monthly/weekly), audits, and inspections, ensuring achievement of objectives and compliance with standards and legal requirements (including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\). * Monitor the annual SEM plan, ensuring execution of defined actions and follow-up of corrective measures. * Participate in risk, incident, and accident assessments and investigations, promoting implementation of improvements and best practices. * Manage documentation, legal requirements, access control, PPE, training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors. * Coordinate drills, safety meetings, and support internal and external audits. * Ensure control of high-risk work (including work permits, LOTO, and inspections for critical activities). * Promote continuous improvement in safety, environmental performance, and energy efficiency, including process improvement proposals and change management. * Support projects and construction works, ensuring compliance with safety plans and implementation of preventive measures across all phases. **What We Are Looking For:** ===================== * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields. * Certification as Senior Occupational Safety Technician (CAP Level VI mandatory). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial settings, preferably in high-risk environments. * Knowledge of applicable legislation (Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, Seveso Directive, and related regulations). * Familiarity with certified management systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\). * Experience or exposure to facilities covered by the Seveso Directive. **What We Offer:** ===================== * Competitive compensation package * Hybrid work model * Flexible and compressed working hours * Employee support services * Continuous professional development * Dynamic and collaborative work environment \#LI\-CN1 **Required skills:** Building Safety, Environmental Protection, Environment Management, Prosthetics, Risk Management and Mitigation, Safety Procedures
