Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Support professional to manage the fleet, ensure its operational readiness, and guarantee customer satisfaction—with a focus on vehicle organization and maintenance. If you seek an engaging professional challenge, this project is for you! **Fleet Support** ================= **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across stations to ensure all stations have the vehicles selected by customers, in optimal operating and presentation condition; * Organize the station so vehicles are parked by category, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; * Coordinate and authorize vehicle relocations, generate transfer forms, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, of scheduled relocations; * Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-referencing with existing digital records; * Report mechanical issues reported by customers upon vehicle return; assess vehicle condition; request towing; dispatch to workshop; verify mileage and fuel level; and order refueling, if required; * Activate the “ready-to-go” status for vehicles on the platform and notify subcontracted staff to position vehicles appropriately in the parking area; * Ensure all vehicles carry the necessary documentation to comply with legal requirements and internal policies; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining vehicle-specific features and addressing questions as needed; * Perform vehicle check-in upon customer return, inspecting and recording any damages; * Record SIXT fuel vouchers on the platform for cost control; * Analyze the monthly fuel report, cross-checking against recorded entries to detect and correct errors; * Submit monthly information on Via Verde devices per station for inventory tracking; * Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled maintenance, rendering them unavailable for rental, and alert subcontracted staff to dispatch them to the workshop; * Perform other duties not specified above, essential to achieving objectives and ensuring SIXT’s smooth operation. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum mandatory education level (12th grade); * Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; * English language proficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Category B driver’s license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable group, currently implementing multiple growth initiatives; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Real opportunity for career progression, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Favorable working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
