You will ensure efficient production of roof tiles and accessories, guaranteeing quality, safety, and on-time delivery in a dynamic work environment involving physical effort. Your responsibilities: Implement and promote the health, safety, and environmental policy; Follow procedures and maintain complete and reliable records; Produce ceramic roof tiles and accessories according to quality requirements; Safely operate production line equipment and machinery; Collaborate with other departments and participate in meetings; Keep your workstation clean and organized; Report incidents and non-conformities, and propose improvements; Support troubleshooting and colleague training; Monitor the production process and ensure material supply. Requirements: Secondary education (12th grade); Availability to work rotating shifts (00:00–08:00, 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00); Availability to work weekends; Physical stamina and ability to work effectively in a team; Good written and spoken Portuguese communication skills; Compliance with safety rules and correct use of protective equipment. What we offer: Base salary: €920.00; Meal allowance: €8.00 via card; Shift allowance: 25%, with an additional 5% when working weekends; Continuous training and skill development; A safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.
