We are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician for Salema Beach Village in Vila do Bispo. Main Responsibilities, including but not limited to: * Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and perform preventive maintenance procedures on equipment, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning); * Diagnose and resolve technical issues in equipment and systems; * Respond promptly to emergency calls; * Efficiently manage hotel equipment and materials; * Maintain and repair kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, elevators, security systems, etc...; * Maintain and manage inventory of replacement parts and materials required for maintenance work; * Inform management regarding equipment and/or systems requiring maintenance; * Actively communicate with other hotel departments; * Ensure cleanliness and uphold hygiene and quality standards; * Ensure all equipment has up-to-date technical specifications and remains in optimal working condition; * Document all interventions, including inspection reports, completed repairs, and part/equipment replacements; * Respond to guest requests related to maintenance issues; * Assist with technical setup for events (e.g., column assembly; projectors; lighting; etc...) Requirements: \- Minimum education: Secondary Education \- 12th Grade or Equivalent; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Passion for hospitality and teamwork spirit; * Availability to work rotating and shift-based schedules.
