Lab Francediet is seeking a **Maintenance Manager** to strengthen its team in Aveiro. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machines and equipment; * Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs; * Work on mechanical and electrical components; * Guarantee proper equipment operation and minimize production downtime; * Plan and supervise maintenance interventions; * Perform adjustments, calibrations, and replacement of parts; * Manage tools, materials, and spare parts; * Record completed interventions and report maintenance needs; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Required Profile:** * Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery; * Knowledge of mechanics and basic electricity; * Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs autonomously; * Technical education in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity, or a related field (preferred); * Practical, responsible, and problem-solving oriented profile; * Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; * Availability to work shifts; * Residence in Aveiro or nearby areas. **We Offer:** * Integration into a growing company; * Continuous training and mentoring; * A dynamic working environment; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience.
