Currently, we are expanding and seeking to retain talents who can grow with us! **Internship Opportunity:** We are looking for a candidate eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship to join our Production team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and gain practical experience, focusing on continuous improvement processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support planning and control of production methods; * Monitor management and optimization of materials, equipment, and human resources; * Calculate and analyze production area performance indicators (KPIs); * Support coordination and maintenance of machinery, ensuring efficiency; * Ability to identify and resolve operational failures; * Support implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen). **What We Expect From You:** * Higher education or vocational training in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or similar (preferred); * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (preferred); * Willingness to learn and grow professionally; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a team; * Results-oriented mindset. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Stable and collaborative work environment; * Participation in large-scale projects; * Exposure to innovative processes and equipment.
