




Job Summary: Coordinate processes from order placement to vehicle delivery to the customer and provide administrative support to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage administrative processes for vehicle sales and orders. 2. Ensure the vehicle delivery schedule and correct deviations. 3. Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel) and English (spoken and written) is required. The purpose of this position is to execute the processes occurring between vehicle ordering and customer delivery, as well as to provide administrative support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include: * Ensure administrative functions within the sales team to guarantee accurate and efficient order processing, including collecting necessary information to enable order dispatch. * Develop and maintain the delivery plan from chassis receipt to final vehicle delivery to the customer, and take necessary actions to correct any arising deviations. * Relevant higher education or equivalent experience. * Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
