Responsibilities: * Actively participate in strategic maintenance procurement planning, aligning operational needs with fleet availability, reliability, and efficiency objectives; * Contribute to defining and executing category-based sourcing strategies, identifying opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost reduction, quality improvement, and service level enhancement; * Analyze consumption patterns, maintenance history, stock levels, and market trends, supporting data-driven and objective KPI-based decision-making; * Manage the supplier evaluation, qualification, and monitoring process, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, legal, and sustainability requirements; * Prepare and lead commercial negotiations, and support the drafting and management of contracts and framework agreements; * Manage inventory policies and stock levels (minimums, maximums, reorder points), ensuring balance between availability, cost, and turnover; * Monitor and analyze procurement, supply, and inventory KPIs, preparing performance reports and proposing actions for continuous improvement; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, compliance standards, and procurement processes, guaranteeing transparency and traceability throughout the procurement lifecycle; * Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Operations, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure an integrated approach to supply management; * Support standardization and rationalization of part references, technical specifications, and master catalogs for parts and services, ensuring technical consistency and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related field; * 4–5 years of professional experience in technical procurement, maintenance procurement, logistics, or inventory management—preferably within fleet, transportation, or industrial environments; * Relevant experience in stock and inventory management, including consumption analysis, stock level definition, and cost optimization; * Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is advantageous; * Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills, with a results-oriented mindset; * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ease of interaction with technical departments and suppliers; * Proactive, autonomous profile with a continuous improvement orientation; * Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). **Benefits** * Salary commensurate with experience; * Health insurance; * Career progression opportunities; * Onboarding and continuous training provided; * Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday.
