Main Responsibilities * Clean, tidy, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas; * Restock hygiene products and amenities; * Ensure proper replacement of bed linens and towels; * Inspect room condition and report any maintenance requirements; * Follow established procedures and quality standards; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spaces; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction; * Comply with occupational health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Required Profile * Prior experience in similar roles (4/5-star hotel); * Sense of responsibility, organization, and precision; * Attention to detail and commitment to service quality; * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; * Professional appearance and conduct; * Dynamism, regularity, and punctuality; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
