We are looking for **dynamic, communicative, friendly, and proactive** individuals to join the team of one of Porto’s best and most relaxed Escape Rooms. As a **Game Master**, you’ll be “on the other side of the game”: guiding participants, managing their experience, and ensuring every team enjoys a fun and unforgettable adventure. **No experience? No problem!** Already a fan of Escape Rooms? Excellent! Never tried one? This could be the perfect opportunity to discover this world. We are looking for candidates with: * **Strong command of English — essential requirement**, as we host participants from various nationalities; * Good communication skills and ease in interacting with the public; * Friendliness, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability and flexibility in working hours; **including evenings, weekends, and holidays**; * Willingness to learn and, above all, **a positive attitude!** Prior experience in Escape Rooms is an advantage, but **not mandatory**.
