Promotion and commercialization of tourism offerings **We are:** Porto Tourism Association We are looking for a Customer Service Technician to join the Reception \& Commercialization Department, ensuring excellent service in welcoming tourists, as well as promoting and commercializing the destination's tourism offerings. Key responsibilities: \- In-person reception (tourist information offices). \- Commercialization of the destination's tourism offerings. \- Administrative support and logistical coordination essential for the smooth operation of tourist information offices. Competencies: Punctuality and attendance. Communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. Goal orientation and sales capability. Responsibility and organization. Teamwork.
