




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to perform tasks including unloading, goods verification, order picking, organization, and equipment handling within a logistics environment. Integration into a solid and dynamic company with a team-oriented culture IMAN, a multinational Human Resources Management specialist, is recruiting a Warehouse Assistant for its client company in Quinta do Anjo. Industry Sector: Logistics Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday, with rotating days off, from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Responsibilities: Perform manual or mechanically assisted unloading of goods; Conduct physical verification of received goods, ensuring accurate inventory entries; Prepare orders by box or unit using computer systems or paper-based picking lists; Consolidate and wrap pallets appropriately, manually or mechanically; Transport pallets and products into and out of storage chambers; Organize picking areas to ensure efficient arrangement and optimal space utilization; Assist in vehicle unloading using appropriate equipment, including dock levelers; Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment for replenishment of picking locations, pallet transfers, and preparation of full pallets; Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of used equipment; Verify proper functioning of mechanical equipment and prepare daily reports; Ensure correct connection of cargo-handling machinery to its respective charger; Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, complying with internal safety regulations and supervisor instructions; Participate in periodic inventory counts; Support the onboarding and training of new warehouse operators; Other duties inherent to the role. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; Relevant logistics experience, preferably in refrigerated warehouses, including handling products at sub-zero temperatures (approximately -20°C) — mandatory; Experience in order picking and preparation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency; Experience operating and handling electric scooters and/or manual pallet jacks — mandatory; Flexible availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by warehouse operations; Residence or easy commuting access to Quinta do Anjo Our Best Offer: Join a solid and dynamic company with a strong team spirit and unity; Employment contract; Compensation package: Base salary (commensurate with experience) + meal allowance.
