




Job Summary: Manage guest needs, perform check-ins/check-outs, resolve complaints, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, reservations, and OTAs **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Greet and manage guest needs courteously and efficiently * Perform check-ins and check-outs quickly and accurately * Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience **REQUIREMENTS** * Previous experience as a front desk agent in the hospitality industry * Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and, preferably, in English and Spanish * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays * Proficiency in PMS and Channel Manager * Knowledge of reservations and OTAs Type of position: Full-time Experience: * Front desk: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site
