As a true team player, you ensure the store remains well-organized and visually appealing. * Each workday begins with a team meeting to share information and discuss daily goals. * In-store, you proactively greet our customers and answer their questions. * Advise customers—for example, on jeans fit, style tips, and size options. * Using our service tools (e.g., QR codes), you help our customers find what they’re looking for—both online and in-store. * You stay informed about both online and offline promotions. * Together with visual merchandisers, you ensure C\&A is a place where people feel inspired by our fashion and can easily find what they want. * Of course, you also ensure smooth store operations: operating the cash register, assisting with correct product displays, and ensuring a seamless fitting room process.
