If you consider yourself organized and passionate about Logistics, we invite\-you to apply for this opportunity. **Workplace:** Racentro, Monte Redondo (Leiria) **Responsibilities:** * Manage, plan, and monitor operational teams; * Manage and plan workshop maintenance (including preventive, scheduled, and corrective interventions) for equipment assigned to your department; * Collect, process, and monitor logistics-area operational data/indicators within your department, supporting performance requirement compliance; * Uphold continuous improvement principles, with particular emphasis on operational efficiency, resource optimization, and reduction of operational costs; * Provide day-to-day operational management support to your logistics department. **Profile:** * Education in Logistics or a related field; * Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel; * Results-oriented mindset and ability to resolve operational issues; * Strong communication skills and proactivity. **Racentro** is our manufacturing unit, producing and distributing compound animal feed, focused on nutritionally balanced, safe, and sustainable feed.
