HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN New project of aesthetic medicine and longevity, health and wellness clinics We are developing a new concept of clinics dedicated to longevity medicine, prevention, health, wellness, and quality of life. We seek a competent, organized, and demanding individual to join the team from the project’s initial phase and help build an internal culture of excellence. This is not an exclusively administrative role. We seek someone capable of recruiting, organizing, supervising teams, implementing processes, and actively contributing to building a solid, scalable company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage recruitment and selection processes; * Draft and publish job advertisements; * Conduct CV screening and interviews; * Support onboarding and initial training of new employees; * Prepare employment contracts, hiring documents, renewals, and termination procedures; * Monitor attendance, working hours, holidays, absences, and sick leaves; * Coordinate with accounting and payroll processing; * Maintain up-to-date individual employee files; * Support implementation of job descriptions, internal regulations, and procedures; * Design and monitor performance evaluation processes; * Define performance objectives and indicators jointly with department heads; * Support conflict management and disciplinary procedures; * Ensure compliance with labor and administrative obligations; * Monitor organizational climate and team motivation; * Support administration and management of clinic units; * Produce regular human resources reports; * Participate in building and consolidating the new brand’s culture. REQUIRED PROFILE * Higher education degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field; * Professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare, clinics, hospitality, retail, or premium services; * Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation; * Experience in recruitment, hiring, and administrative personnel management; * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; * Firm, clear, and professional communication skills; * Discretion and high sense of confidentiality; * Ability to handle pressure, conflicts, and multiple priorities simultaneously; * Autonomy, accountability, and strong commitment; * Proficiency in Excel and HR management tools; * Polished appearance and demeanor consistent with a premium health brand; * Availability to support various units as needed.
