We are recruiting a Human Resources Director to strengthen our team. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources management activities; Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation; Good computer skills from an end-user perspective; Knowledge of the PRIMAVERA software; Knowledge of Factorial and Coverflex software (an advantage); Definition of KPI indicators. Main Responsibilities: Management of careers, compensation, incentives, and benefits; Employee onboarding and offboarding across various entities; Supporting recruitment, selection, and integration processes; Familiarity with administrative personnel management.
